In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and use gus77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period your account remains active:

To place wagers and access the full range of gus77 services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on gus77. If you already hold an account, you must not create a second account under any circumstances, including under a different name, email address, or payment method.
• Accurate information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. gus77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of compromise. You must notify gus77 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• No account transfer. Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

gus77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

In order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and player protection standards, gus77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian national identity card / KTP, passport).
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).

The following terms apply to all deposits made to a gus77 account:

• No credit cards or cryptocurrency. gus77 does not accept deposits made by credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other method not explicitly listed as accepted on the platform.
• Failed deposits. If a deposit is debited from your bank or e-wallet but not credited to your gus77 balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number for manual investigation.

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests from a gus77 account:

• Minimum withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per request.
• Withdrawal methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect players.
• KYC requirement. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours while verification is completed.
• Processing time. Standard withdrawals are processed within the same business day for accounts in good standing. Diamond and Black Diamond VIP members benefit from expedited same-day processing. Requests received outside banking hours (after 22:00 WIB) are queued for the next business day.

gus77 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires Rp 2.000.000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Time limits. All bonuses must be used within the stated validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account with no entitlement to compensation.
• Game contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• One active bonus. Only one bonus may be active on an account at any one time. If a new deposit is made while a bonus is active, the existing bonus terms continue to apply until the wagering requirement is cleared or the bonus expires.
• Minimum odds for sportsbook bonuses. Where a bonus applies to sportsbook markets, qualifying bets must generally be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Abuse and exploitation. gus77 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, cancel pending bonuses, and void any winnings derived from bonuses where the platform determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent.
• VIP cashback. Cashback amounts credited through the VIP program are subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal, unless stated otherwise at the time of credit.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the gus77 sportsbook and gaming platform:

• Bet acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until gus77's system issues a unique bet reference number. Do not assume a bet is placed solely because you have clicked a confirmation button — check your bet history to verify acceptance.
• Odds at time of placement. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time the bet is accepted by the system. Subsequent odds changes do not affect already-accepted wagers.
• Manifest errors. gus77 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of a manifest pricing error (i.e., odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault). Decisions on manifest errors are final.
• Event cancellation. If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific sport's rules determine otherwise (e.g., if a football match is abandoned after 90 minutes of regulation play).
• Asian handicap and Over/Under markets. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules. Quarter-ball and half-ball lines are settled on a split-stake basis where applicable.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) settlement. Mix parlay bets are settled by multiplying the decimal odds of all winning legs. Any leg resulting in a void reduces the accumulator accordingly; if all remaining legs win, the bet is settled on the remaining odds.
• Live betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. gus77 may suspend live markets at any time at its discretion. Bets placed during an officially suspended market will be voided.
• Maximum payout. A single bet or accumulator payout is capped at Rp 500.000.000 unless otherwise agreed in writing with the platform for high-value accounts. Any winnings in excess of this cap will be paid at the maximum payout amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gus77 platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent closure of your account:

• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any feature.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any game format where collusion may provide an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine wagering.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's software, server infrastructure, or game logic.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other transaction that is fraudulent or illegal under applicable law.

• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to use your account.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gus77 holds its international gaming licence.
